fingers crossed here for sure! unfortunately no capacity of generator will help the situation, everything on my end is on a UPS, but when the power dips, if the internet infrastructure is affected (distribution nodes/repeaters/etc), then i'll temporarily loose connection. wait a minute, if i get a big enough generator i could backfeed the grid for the whole city.... :PPPP

anyway, its rare, but seems i used up all my sim racing luck last season, having some bad timing this year. During qualifying it only "browned" out, but as soon as that internet signal drops, el disco.

Can't "worry" about these things, can happen, just like a technical issue with a race car, so just need to proceed as usual. but if it goes out again in the race, i'm buying lotto tickets ;P

also, funny what a different animal the car is depending on what gear you're in. In 4th, it's a long-distance GT. In 3rd, it's a winged sprint.

i turned down the wings to be able to overtake with less tire wear
(at least is should do)
car is on the edge of stability , very causious last 15 laps when tires drop off
and with the burned Methanol weight gone
