| Referring to the AMS updates, yes. AMS updated to v1.5.1 yesterday evening.

| Did the track dynamically move "backwards" while I was practicing just now? Went into practice, I check the info for the track and "medium" is the usage at the time. (There was a little over an hour's worth of practice left) Car starts feeling "weird"... I look at the information and now it's "light" usage. (About 30 minutes left practice time, just left there, so it's probably still "light") ...how did it go from used to unused while I was driving on it? _________________ Proud 2017 Indy 500 Rookie of the Year | |

| That's an odd one. Server was updated with the latest files from Steam; wonder if that's connected somehow. _________________ | |

...how did it go from used to unused while I was driving on it? Yea just happened to me also. I joined in practice it said medium ran a few laps it went to light Is the server set to light from the beginning? I'm also experiencing that weird sound that's like in the f1 mod anyone else getting this? _________________ "The Winner ain't the one with the fastest car, it's the one who refuses to lose." | I will check the server settings now
EDIT: Server settings seem OK. I have been doing some behind-the-scenes server maintenance, so perhaps that inadvertently caused some hiccups during those sessions. I will PM Richard to see if he has any insights. _________________

| I think it was occurring before the updates as well. The other day I had went it, it was at "medium", but I didn't stay long. ...I came back in maybe an hour or less. It was at "light" again. I noticed it because of lack of grip, but chalked it up to perhaps someone had reset the server because there was still a lot of practice time left when I initially stepped out. Seems like the "progressive track" is somehow "progressing" backwards? _________________ Proud 2017 Indy 500 Rookie of the Year | |

How is your sound?? Do you have the weird 71 f1 mod sound going on?? _________________ "The Winner ain't the one with the fastest car, it's the one who refuses to lose." Dale Earnhardt.

That's not this mod in particular, if it's that crackling sound, like static coming through at certain times...audio pops or whatever. Sound clipping. If that's what you mean, yes, I experience that. A fix for that would be REALLY nice. Been testing some stuff on a server, but nothing effective so far. Not seen any solutions for it that work, yet. Some kind of sound clipping thing when online. Doesn't happen if you use the same mods offline though. _________________ Proud 2017 Indy 500 Rookie of the Year

| Little under 2 1/2 hours practice time on server. Track setting at "medium" usage. Did about 5 or 6 laps and it moves to lightly used again. Impossible to practice online. The change in grip from medium back to light is dramatic (almost feels like the danged weight of the car shifts, to be honest. Like the rear suddenly gained 100lbs of anvil attached like an anchor ) Hoping it can be reversed as it's apparently progressing backwards. Maybe just turn off the progressive track for this one? ....just looking for an update, more than anything else. _________________ Proud 2017 Indy 500 Rookie of the Year | |

| Because this appears to be some kind of track flaw, I am disabling the track progression rate for this race. The grip should now start at "light" and stay there, so no one will be caught by surprise. I will re-enable the track progression rate before we launch Zandvoort this evening. _________________ | |

| Bizarre, cet après-midi, plus de FFB ( que sur ce mod) dès que je sors des stands ( il fonctionne dans le garage) alors que ça marchait ce matin ! ça va être injouable pour moi ce soir. _________________

The grip should now start at "light" and stay there, so no one will be caught by surprise. I will re-enable the track progression rate before we launch Zandvoort this evening. Stuck at light and not medium The effect of lightly used surface at this track makes the car nearly undriveable in certain places. Absolutely zero grip...heck, I can spin the car at 30 mph in one section of the track in some bizarre fashion that makes no logical sense. The sensation of a lightly used surface on this track is not the same type of effect I get from a lightly used surface on a Reiza base content track, so seems it's some kind of false effect, or overdone or something. Very slick. The ffb loses feel and I simply cannot feel the rear at all for some odd reason. Will be a frustrating race for sure. _________________ Proud 2017 Indy 500 Rookie of the Year

Will be a frustrating race for sure. There's just no pleasing you, is there. Fine, I will set it to medium. Just to make my Sunday easier. The rest of you please refrain from complaining about the track being stuck at medium. I have enough on my plate already. _________________

| It's normal. If everyone leaves the server, and someone rejoins, even if there is time left, the game will reset to a light setting after a lap or two. It's done it for every race we've done in F1. _________________ | |
