All times given are CET, Paris Time.  Only the fastest 26 from qualifying will be allowed to race on Sunday.
(Drivers are not required to attend both qualifying sessions)

Thursday November 9th
21h30 - First qualifying session (1 hour, limited to 12 laps)

Saturday November 11th
21h30 - Second qualifying session (1 hour, limited to 12 laps)

Sunday November 12th

Race Start Procedure

- The race start procedure will not include a formation lap.
 

Behaviour on track

- As for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you.

- Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only.

- Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race.

- Shortcuts : If a driver gains a position after shortcutting a turn, he is required to give it back as soon as possible. In the case where a driver would not do it rapidly, a 30-second penalty will be added to his total race time. In the event of abusive and intentional shortcutting, severe sanctions will be applied (up to definitive a ban from the league). To make sure you never shortcut a turn, try to always keep two wheels on the track.

- Respect the red condition at the end of the pitlane.


Application and Interpretation of the Regulations

The admins/moderators are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations.

I do hope that Yves and Martin do use upgrade 4, even if it's just graphical

The AGS team has folded by now, so Jonatan and Ole are now where the small French team never was

We've got three driver changes with Hattori in at Coloni(who had missed the Spanish GP altogether), Herbert returning from F300 duty to re-take his cockpit from the luckless Bartels at Lotus and Capelli making way for Mercedes protegé Wendlinger, bringing some cash to the Leyton House(March)team.


Btw: Since this is the Japanese GP, I am trying to find footage of some 90ties anime about computer-controlled racing cars with hydrogen engines(or so they say) that "replaced" F1 as the crown of motorsports.

There are some short bits that would fit the theme of 1991

But I might face the problem of watching +30 episodes again to locate like less than 30s of action...

Probably should be there. Hopefully o will qualify on Tuesday. On Saturday i'll be out of home.
