| Slight change of personnel: Michael Drechsler goes to #7, Ryan Walker the other way round to #6, and I'll be driving the #42 Porsche too. This should be the last change. Sorry for the amount of work this gives you Jason. | |

| Wait, does that mean it would be possible to be featured on more than 2 cars, "unlimited" even? In any case, you'll probably be dead after that race Juha | |

| There's no limit on the number of cars for each driver, and there's no limit on the number of drivers in each car. Thanks for your concern. I've got a 50 minute break somewhere during those 6 hours. | |

| Silverstone, but the words were "You won't all score points", not "you can't be 4 in one car." Unless it was specified later that 3 was the maximum? | |

Timo, Thiago, James and me, we wonted to book 956 (only one), so we had to split in two cars.. later Thiago drop off, but nonthanless.. You initially wanted both 956's, i said you couldn't book both as per the rules. Then James wanted to put you all in one car and I responded as Juha said "You won't all score points" because there wasn't enough time in the race for you all to pass the 30% Mark to score points. Nothing about you couldn't have 4 in one car.

I think that it was that we can be max of three drivers, but maybe I miss understood, it is quite possible.. I know there couldnt be points for all, but that was not so important to us.. its good to know that after all, it is possible to have more than four drivers.. you never know when its going to be needed again.. for us semi-seniors

| Personally, I was just wondering on how many cars one driver could feature if he found enough co-drivers. So I guess "as many as on the entry list" would be the answer? Btw: Too bad Dome isn't on the entry list, but they didn't even contest their home event. The Nimrods and the Ultramar Lola could've been okay here aswell, but neither of them took part Btw: Did the Dick Barbour Porsche 935 contest any races in 1982? Can't find it in event results | |

| We used that car to replace one of the American run 935's that we didn't or couldn't find a skin for. | |

| Garretson Development & Cooke Racing - B.P., since they both finished inside the Top 12 at Le Mans(although both are IMSA GTX, unlike Edgar Dören, Rennax Racing and Team Castrol Denmark)? Just noticed again that the UFO Team is actually Claude Haldi's entry - DAMN Should've picked that Porsche | |

| The icing on the cake would have been some of those japanese silhouette monsters Though I don't think they actually competed in the WEC event, what I found on a quick search looks a bit more tame. Also its a shame the Lancia is the only Gr.6 car in the mod, there were usually a lot of the local March specials at Fuji Found that lil' gem. | |

| There was also a shed load of Osella's at every other race in the group 6 class. The race clip you mentioned is the same as what Fillipo Marrazzi posted in the paddock. | |

| Nice find Michael!
It looks a completely different track from the incar images in the second part. Turn 1 is completely inaccurate in the VLM version.

| Apparently, I'm not always paying close attention to certain threads Yeah, some Osellas and Lolas in Gr.6 would indeed be a nice addition | |

For example the Franchia/Moreschi and Facetti cars were showing some good pace, both cars managed Top Six results at some point. Some of these cars are quite intesting, like the Elan and Aston Martin "Specials" aswell as the Momo-Porsche by Moretti/Baldi. The front of the RX-7 look a bit different than the model we have, no? And those 280Z racing in 1982, nice! Are we really on the '82 version? The first turn has a steep decline right after it, apart from T1 being a kink, it does look off. There's also a lot more trees at the track and you can barely see a chicane on the real onboard video.

| I had a quick look, the chicanes were introduced in 1983 (the one on the last turn) and 1987, and the layout of the first corner is more like the one introduced in 1986. Before, T1 was a single apex turn. | |

According to simracing media, VLM made a '82, '90 and '93 version "all-in-one" release. So does that mean they kinda... "took liberties" when making those versions? Oh btw: Are the Lancia drivers using the "nose update" for Fuji?

| According to this, the VLM '82 version isn't entirely right...
...but then, we drove the '82 Ring race on the '83 layout, so what?

Even before the Miata pop-up lights, they made cars that kinda looked cute/funny. But all these versions are nothing and pale in comparison to the pre-76 version with the banking, oh boi oh boi oh boi
