March #56 is open to tier 1 of the waiting list.
If it is still vacant 24 hours from now, it goes to tier 2.

So, it seems that I will not be able to prepare Laguna in time, and since I was going to give up the car for Tamiami anyway, I think it's best to free it already so that someone can campaign it for the remaining two races.

I am going to implement the following rules thread item for Laguna Seca re: Penske #5

Quote :: If a full-time drive is vacated awkwardly close to a particular race, the admins may choose to offer the car as a one-off for said race, then reallocate it as a full-time drive after the race is complete.

I'll take the Mears Penske, just for the sake of starting the season in the worst car (Coyne March) and finishing in the best one.
