| The Penske PC-17 was the first Penske Chassis to run the entire season since 1982 or 83. The previous Penske's were all abandoned in favor of the March Chassis or there was just no chassis designed for a particular season.

Worst ever livery "set" was in F1 a couple of years ago (~ 2013-2015), when two thirds of the field were black, grey, black, grey... It was often impossible to see which car is which is on TV screen. Seemed like there is a kind of "color-phobia". At least now, in 2017, there are examples of pink "Force India" cars or something like this. But MotoGP rules anyway... somehow bikes still have a lot of things, which are lost in openwheel racing. | |

| Fabi set a 208.2 on his fastest lap of the four. I'm at 212.625 (on the 88 version from last year's download), good enough for 7th on the grid in real life which is probably too good for that engine, and I'll probably be a lot further down the order. | |

| Interesting to see why Boesel switched to a Lola. Turns out, according to this he crashed his March and then borrowed a Lola from AJ of all people. | |
