I'm not an admin but it's the same system as in F1 1991. As usual, wait until a car is available for your tier/group on the waiting list.

On Tuesday 20/06 at 1.06 AM CET the cars which are still free go to Tier 1. The only drivers in that group are Pascal Mikula and Ray Riddall.

Because there are only 2 drivers in Tier 1, and 3 free cars, at least 1 car will reach Tier 2 (your group). As soon as Pascal and Ray have picked a car, the last car goes immediately to Tier 2 and the first driver to claim it gets the car.

If either Pascal or Ray doesn't choose a car, 2 cars will be free for your group on Wednesday 21/06 1.06 AM CET. Again, first driver to ask gets it.

In other words, check regularly between 20/06 1.06 and 21/06 1.06 Central European time.

Thank you Juha, What I'm looking for is a fixed car for the rest of the championship.
I'm already enrolled in tier 2 for waiting for a temporary car

I would like to add something to what Juha said:

At present, only Ray Riddall will be allowed to select a car when it comes to tier 1.  Pascal Mikula has already chosen a one-off for Portland; The rules state "under no circumstances can a driver have their name attached to more than one car at a time (i.e. driving a one-off car one weekend while at the same time having a full-time drive booked in advance for subsequent races)."  So once Ray makes his selection, the remaining cars will automatically advance to tier 2.

What do I need to do to have a full-time car?
At F1-91, I signed up for that, got Modena and traded recently for Minardi.
I would like to have a full time car at Indy88

Kindly ask to be put on the waiting list, then grab the next car that becomes available in your tier.

You are in Tier 2 currently because you had 1 start (the Indy 500).

When a car is available to Tier 2, you have a chance to select it.

Oh - That's something I didn't know. Would I be allowed to take the Porsche if I gave up the one-off for Portland?

No. You already made your choice.
