Yes, we will try to do something but before all ... to participate. Because, in the 1991 F1 championship, I think that you will send me the wooden spoon you spoke on forum at the end of the year. All qualifying sessions and no qualifications but I will continue to fight to be on the grid ! If not, we are very happy to defend colors of our country with Yves in this championship Obviously if we can have a car for all events ...

I would like to point out that, while indeed there is a hard rule in the F1 season that means some people have little chances of qualifying, you must always consider the HSO season as a whole. We have two additional sunday series (WEC82 and CART88) plus the opens, and also the wednesday series. So there are real chances of racing and amusing yourself with us. Maybe not in all series, yes, but it is not as if you are excluded from racing here just because you can't qualify in F1. F1 is not everything, and you will find out that the other series are as fun or even more.

I won't ask for a Porsche in CART '88...

| Any chance of separating results for Group 5 into true group 5 (Porsche 935 and Lancia Beta) and IMSA (Ferrari 512 and BMW M1)?
http://www.racingsportscars.com/photo/Monza-1982-04-18.html?sort=Results
I can't access the hotlap times at work-but laptimes might be quite dissimilar for these groups...

| As far as I know, there won't even be a separate result for Group 5. All you get is the points bonus for making it into the top 10. | |

| Yes I've just breach the 1.50 barreer with the Grid and a race set . Nice job on the set Emmanuel . Just done modifications on the brake balance (n'oublie pas de configurer un bouton pour la changer car on ne devrait pas utiliser la même), tape and wing. So...ok it's not fast. But come on. The Grid is a 3.3 old fashion Cosworth and got only hard tyres. It's by far one the slowest C group on the field. And I'm not one of the fastest guy of the bunch. But I never expected to do such a time. At least something to be happy from I've also collected some valuable intel on the fuel consumption, the tyre wear, the engine wear, temperatures and so on. So it's definitively the best session of 2017 so far. And yes I can be positive....sometimes | |

| François: You can race without teamspeak, but you'll have no communication with your teammate, hardly what you'd want for an endurance race.
Teamspeak is free and headphones with built-in microphones only cost a few euros. The quality won't be great but they do the job for very little money.

Maybe not in all series, yes, but it is not as if you are excluded from racing here just because you can't qualify in F1. F1 is not everything, and you will find out that the other series are as fun or even more. I am agree but I am a beginner and it is impossible for me to switch all these Mods, all these cars, like this. It is necessary for me to drive a long time to learn car and Mod and to adapt. My goal is simply to participate with whatever cars. Not to win, not for points, not for one hotlap, just to stay on track and to have a minimum of rythm to avoid to hinder faster drivers. Simply that. Obviously, I prefer suscribe for a complete season to capitalize experience acquired race after race on one Mod, with one car if "physics" are different ... and I drove on rFactor praticly only in Formula One. That's why I allowed myself to give my opinion on the qualifying sessions for the 1991 F1 championship after my participation in the great 1978 F1 championship, the last season. At no time, I felt excluded from racing here just because I cannot qualify in F1 and I never complained, on the forum, on the performance of my F1 car or others. On the contrary, very happy to have a fulltime car while others must point to waiting list. In fact, I just wanted to give my opinion ... Now, I can understand that for expert drivers who can come the race day, put the car on the track, switch cars 10 minutes before an event, if it is necessary, and run like a clock, my opinion is not understandable. Well ... I stop to flood the forum with that and now, I must work to progress ! For the WEC, now, and even in F1

| I know Emmanuel, what I was trying to say is that if you feel that full time dedication to F1 is not going to give you enough reward, you can reconsider the full time dedication to another series. I believe you will like CART a lot, it is easier to drive than F1 but exciting enough. In march you can consider the change, and only run one series - but be able to drive and enjoy it. | |
