| What's the rule to get points? Get across the line? % of the leader's laps? | |

You have to complete at least 52 laps to be eligible for points.

A car has to finish to be eligible for points. And for a driver to score points in that car, he must complete over 30% of the cars distance.

| mick was doing great to keep it on track with multiple brake failures, but in the end, NO brakes at all makes it impossible. gutted so close to the end.
with that said, not sure what to do different other than taking it even easier on the brake pedal than we did, pressure was already reduced to 80%, should it have been lower? what else can you do to save the brakes? looks like we weren't the only ones to have an issue.

| We too have Brake Problems, I lost my 3rd brake when I lost my front left wheel after the front right failed going into the last turn Lost the 1st brake on Lap 144 or something like that, the other two failed in quick succession But at least 4th or 3rd place just now Big condolences to Mick and crew especially and to all that crashed out | |

dave Did you swap drivers? Did it change nothing for you? I am also sorry to Juha, he just might have lost the tenths behind me, I didn't know the race for the win was going to be so close and the decision just ahead

Thank you all for attending and running this race, and i promise that i will correct a few things for the next one. much appreciated! dont get me wrong, i pretty hard the first 2 stints, so in hindsight, taking it easy the entire race might have been enough, but with no information available in testing it makes it nearly impossible to predict. at least with f1 1991 it displays the amount left in the garage after each practice run, so you can calculate a wear rate and see if you will make it. dave PS> Jundt the first of the brakes let go (i think front right) only a couple laps after mick switched into the car. didnt think to swap at that point, it was fueled to the finish. if it does make a difference swapping, then that is quite interesting.

| I am not sure how and why, but our WM Peugeot got his brakes back after either the (long) repair stop or swapping drivers. I nearly beat my fastest lap near the end, so they were suddenly fine | |

I nearly beat my fastest lap near the end, so they were suddenly fine The car is reset during a driver swap. It's a bug from rFactor. But as soon as the game records a contact for the second driver, the car is damaged again as it was for the first driver before the swap. (obviously if a tire was missing and was fixed, you will not lose it, but the engine, aero etc will be damaged again).

| Thanks for the reports, we will be working on all that. I should anyway say that some of these oddities are actually inherited from the original VLM mod and were not subject to changes in the new physics by Ricardo. They were supposed to be correct - but alas no | |

So... if I tap a barrier very lightly, I'll get the "no brakes"-issue right away again??! And with engine and aero damage, you mean technical but not visual? Because I'd be worried if one light tap would show the whole body as damaged again...
