Round 16 - Goldcoast Indy Grand Prix (Nov 15)

Event Schedule (all times given are CET):

Sunday November 15th

20:00 – Free Practice
20:45 – Qualifying Shoot-out (private session, 1 flying lap)
20:50 – Drivers' briefing and warm-up
21:00 – Race start (62 laps or 2 hrs)

Behaviour on track

- as for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you.

- Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only.

- Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race.

- Shortcuts : If a driver gains a position after shortcutting a turn, he is required to give it back as soon as possible. In the case where a driver would not do it rapidly, a 30-second penalty will be added to his total race time. In the event of abusive and intentional shortcutting, severe sanctions will be applied (up to definitive a ban from the league). To make sure you never shortcut a turn, try to always keep two wheels on the track.

- Respect the red light at the end of the pitlane.

Application and Interpretation of the Regulations

The admins alone are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations.

Circuit sympa, mais à mon sens, pour être labellisé HSO track, il aurait fallu que les pneus et les quilles soient pas en "durs", et pas là uniquement pour faire joli. Cela va vraisemblablement aboutir à de multiples "interprétations" de la ligne de la course.

I just wanted to write the same... it looks like a lot of after race endless discussions...

now that summer is out of the way, im looking forward to getting some more time to sim race! im not 100% familiar with this mod, and can use any help i can get. i was able to substitute in portland, but that race i was mostly guessing (tire compound, fuel strategy, mix setting, etc.) and hanging on. if there is anyone willing to take me under their wing and help me out, that would be greatly appreciated. not picky at all about car selection, i'd ask for an available car that matches as closely to the ones helping me out.

we'll sure try to help you as much as possible, for starts, ill give you pretty stable setup (which is, btw, Yves setup for Toronto), and if you are going to practice on server well surely meet, so no reason not to exchange secrets

I'm sure we can find you a car David, and someone will help you out with a setup.

I should be there, not "Feeling" it much at the moment though.

I'll check that later at home Jacob, but the barrels fix was done on top of the (theoretically) wall fixed file.
