I have yet to see a clear video of what happened that day, I wonder if one will ever show up ? Truly one the major cock-ups in terms of TV broadcasting of a motor racing incident in modern times I think - how on earth did they managed to miss that considering the Indy 500 has to be the race with the highest average of camera per mile of track ??!!
