AVM - 1960 Indianapolis 500 Revival

Hey guys, i thought i would open an invitation to any HSO racers who are up for an early morning start to attend our second Revival Series event for 2014. Oh no, really. Why is that?

They have been planning an Indy 500 for some time now (Not necessarily the 60s), last year it didn't happen and they were hoping to gather a good field for this year  

But I see your race is half distance, would be a good warm up for the hardcore one at HSO if it happens later ...   

No problem for the announcement Alex In fact we already did two 1960 Indianapolis 500 events, both on the full distance, back in 2009 and 2010 . Gasoline Alley is a great mod and those were great races ! Our team of modders has been working on both a 1973 and a 1993 Indy mods lately, but those are not finished yet and with the reserved dates for our 2014 Indy 500 approaching fast we are considering running Gasoline Alley one last time . Our event will have Pole Day on May 25th and the race the next Sunday, so as Alberto says your race could very well be an indeal warming up for some of our drivers... although the time difference will make that very hard to happen I'm afraid

Its a shame they are not on the same night, with the time difference someone could have tried to do both. A bit like the Indy 500 - Charlotte 600 double a few people have tried in real life
