suggestion for a new League with 1970WSCV1.0

Setup can and does change the cars a lot. Yet when you eliminate understeer in the setup the car certainly becomes less predictable. I must however say that cars of this era were apparently quite understeery at corner entry, and oversteery at exit due to excess of power and lack of grip.
