Simjunkies HSO Group C League

Hello everyone, on behalf of Simjunkies.org, I'd like to formally invite you to our upcoming new league. We are using your awesome Group C mod starting next week. The races will be run at a North American time frame (around 0100 GMT). More info in the link below.

Sorry you feel that way. We used the logo because it's the mod logo as Martin said and out of respect to HSO as the mod makers. We used the car list because it was easier and it's such a nice, efficient list.

I have no problem with you using the entry list I made, I take it more as a compliment than as you "stealing my work".

Thank you Guillaume, that was our intention, to pay a compliment (not steal) and in addition you are quoted above the list

You're welcome Martin, happy to accommodate. While we are here discussing things, a few of the drivers are wanting to make skins for their race however in looking at how the mod was created it would involve modifying the original file structure to do skins for all makes of cars. For now I have said no, skins and standalone painted cars will not be accepted. I just don't feel comfortable in modifying any content from its original state without permission.

Would there be any issues if we were to create an update (for our season only) where we add an SJ folder into say TWR to place painted vehicles for our drivers?

No problem you can create any skins you want, it's not like we own the 3D models anyway. We did not release any template as I didn't think this mod would be used outside HSO, but I added the templates we used for the skins we created in case you need them in the mod's topic :

We didn't block anything, you can still add add-on skins to existing cars.
Take the #61 Kouros C9 for example, create a new folder in the same folder than the original skin, name this folder "Kouros_61skins" (same name than the veh file, followed by "skins"), and put your new skin in there.

Couldn't say anyone of the drivers at SJ are into such skins

I believe one member is doing some authentic skins from that era so, it should be pretty good
