Trouble downloading the bookmarks

Hey guys, i have decided to dust off the wheel and make a comeback to HSO, trouble is when i tried to get the bookmarks a window pops up with the following in it -

C:\Users\Souter\Downloads\BookmarksHSO2012(3).rar:Cannotcreatebookmarksxml

Access is denied


C:\Users\Souter\Downloads\BookmarksHSO2012(3).rar No files to extract

keep in mind i am hardly a computer wizz so it is probably something really simple that i am missing. Also when i try to do a direct access to the server the name pops up for a split second and the disappears! any help much appreciated, thanks, Chris.

Right, i can now log in by direct access so i guess that is a start but i really am having no joy with the bookmarks, i really could use some help guys, i am assuming you all have them installed?

Maybe try to download the file in another directory.

I've done a test to download the archive .rar and extract the file. I've no problem, it's working. I've extracted with the software 7z.
