Without starting at the beginning of this thread is it possible to try rfactor 2 beta without

I read about a demo somewhere. For free it would require an illegal rfactor2.exe file.

I Dont want an illegal copy i just wondered if it was possible to try the beta free
perhaps i should have said Demo , i thought you just paid for the official release and then if you want to race online ....

Ah well then, no, there's no demo atm.

I Will probably get the lifetime membership

ATM is not optimized properly. So to enjoy it you need a proper overclocked CPU and a mighty GPU.

On a i5@4Ghz and Nvidia 570 I get ~75 FPS online.

For reference I get 300FPS when doing solo practice with rFactor and about 150FPS online.

I saw Putnam a few days ago but could not get it into the game, I haven't tried the other tracks/mods yet though so I don't know if it was a single problem or not

Excellent commentaire , le mod historic est tout simplement de la bombe surtout au niveau de l'accélération , on sent bien même si je suis pas dedans la montée en puissance de la monoplace , mais j'ai une petite question à vous poser si on percute des balles de paille pendant la course et que celle-ci se trouve en plein milieu du circuit, est-ce qu'elles sont enlevées automatiquement ou elle reste sur le circuit ?

Apparently the game is not a FPS-killer anymore, maybe i'll give it a go on my old simracing PC.

They fixed the Earthquake-style FFB when you go in the grass too.

You have to put the file in the "Updates" folder and launch the update in the Update tab of the game launcher.

That was the main reason I haven't played this game properly. My DFGT vibrated so much, my pedal cable came out and I went straight into a wall. I managed by playing without FFB, but it's not as enjoyable.
