After a few hours on this track i noticed that you don't get chought by the system when you are cutting the chicanes or the final sector. Hope this will not be a problem in the race because it's easy to cut the track

Maybe the slow poke GT40s like us get special treatment

This answer makes me think you did not understand due to English/French translation maybe. What he means is someone could cheat and avoid the chicane thus making their laptime much faster. The game does not seem to catch this cheating. He was asking if during the race this will be caught?
