You can read the laptimes in the <Score> markers.

For example for Jukka I can see :

t = 371.663 = 6min11.663s

S2 : <Score et="972.1">Jukka Maattanen(11) lap=4 point=0 t=262.301 et=972.101</Score>

S3 : <Score et="1581.5">Jukka Maattanen(11) lap=6 point=0 t=465.000 et=1581.500</Score>
t = 7min25.000s

S4 : <Score et="2003.1">Jukka Maattanen(11) lap=8 point=0 t=283.286 et=2003.036</Score>
t = 4min43.286s

Would that be accurate ? You have to check the times every two laps (because of the liaison sections i guess) at the point 0. Points 1 and 2 are sector times.
