| The main point of this mod is the sound. I think the best I've ever heard in a mod, incredible. Looks good too, maybe the physics are a bit easy though. _________________ Alfaholic. 1999 German F3 1989 Italian Superturismo | |

Definitely too much grip, in Monza with the Eurobrun I managed a 1:24.8, 4 seconds faster than Roberto Moreno managed in the same car. _________________ Alfaholic. 1999 German F3 1989 Italian Superturismo

| Hmmm, That's a shame. Is the gap between the front running cars to the tail Enders a big gap like in 1991 mod? _________________ | |

- Hopefully! Unfortunately the 018, BT58, M189 and LC89 are missing, however these were only used in the US and Brazil Grand Prix.
EDIT: I didn't look hard enough, the BT58B is included. Others are not though Getting back on this: Have you asked the modders why they didn't include those cars? I guess it wasn't worth the trouble for two races? Although... it's a historic mod... BUT we should be happy that after about 2 years of waiting we get something! EDIT: - Driving Italia Forum wrote:
- First, there is no talent file for Gregor Foitek, this results in him doing better than he should. Also Bertrand Gachot's talent file is named Bernard Gachot, so it doesn't work. Finally, for players using the 'High' setting for textures, Senna's car won't work. This is due to the MCLIGHT.GMT being incorrectly referred to in the car's file as MCLLIGHT.GMT. Easy fix.
Finally, Gerhard Berger is named as Gerard Berger throughout the mod. This probably explains the issue with Foitek. Also, not all drivers are included... - Driving Italia Forum wrote:
- - Also I was wondering if all the drivers will be added later (like Moreno in Benetton, Herbert in Lotus or Morbidelli in Minardi) ?
- Driving Italia Forum wrote:
- Thank you very much. Probably will not add these three drivers. If you notice it also lacks the model of Tyrrel of Phoenix with the nose down. We were not able to put it all.

| I noticed the missing 3 drivers, so I added them in personally. Sorted the problem with Foitek by using Claudio Langes talent file as a base and halving all the values in half _________________ Alfaholic. 1999 German F3 1989 Italian Superturismo | |

| I certainly do not want to spoil the holiday, but the developers of this mod definitely tried to take into account the interests of the fans of driving from the keyboard ! The first version of the mod physical model as far as I remember, produced more serious impression . Of course the model cars on the height and track pack for the guys I'm very grateful . _________________ Racing simulations are not games, they are a virtual Motorsport! On the way to Le Mans! | |

Wait, what? Does that mean you made him better or worse than Langes? Foitek was better than Langes in Single Seaters imo. How did you add the 3rd drivers? Taken the helmets from somewhere else? There's also an issue with the LOD?(whatever that is) I heard... Why didn't they take you on to fix some small things or give input for the missing models? _________________ Murray: "JUNDT'S OFF-TRACK AGAIN!" On paper, it makes him worse. However, Foitek was in a Brabham and a Monteverdi/Onyx (compared to the EuroBrun) qualifying 20th-DNQ, so his rating had to be low so that he would qualify in these positions. - Quote :

I tried looking around for helmets, but I couldn't find the helmet skins which are in the same form to match the helmet shape in this mod. More or less just putting the names in and moving the talent files from the F1 1991 mod. Also, a patch has been released: http://www.mediafire.com/download/jy7a9jaal78378j/SRM+1990+Official+Patch.exe - Quote :
- The patch fixes the following errors:
- Fixed in Mclaren Gen file for the hi detail car (MCLIGHT) - Fixed Giacomelli Helmet - Added belts in the liger Showroom - Added missing Talent file Gregor Foitek - Fixed the name of Bertrand Gachot and Gerhard Berger in talent files - Fixed The name of Gerhard Berger in file Veh - Improved the FPS for all the teams - Updated the credits

For gMotor2, I think the AI are fairly well done on the SRM tracks. On non-SRM, they are not as refined. I watched an AI race, which was fairly realistic. Not much overtaking, but when there was it looked realistic and AI will make realistic mistakes. For example, I saw Nakajima try to take a wide line into a breaking zone, get on the grass and go across the first chicane. _________________ Alfaholic. 1999 German F3 1989 Italian Superturismo

Impressive Alessio i only managed 1.27.0XX But i noticed that there is something strange with that one . I drive with H-shifter and are using Gated shifter upgrade, but still the car autoblip with downshifts I´ve tryed other cars and with that upgrade they are abit tricky to downshift "no Autoblip". Were u using seq or H-shift Alessio ?

| Double checked and I made a mistake. Was a 1:26.848 in one session and a 1:26.484 in the second. I have a seq. shifter so I just run off the start with default upgrades. _________________ Alfaholic. 1999 German F3 1989 Italian Superturismo | |

| I downloaded and tried it, Was doing 1 min 12's at silverstone with qualify setup. Was fun but can tell not as much detail as the 1991 mod, The Q tires lasted longer than they should have. Still a good mod though _________________ | |

EDIT: just discovered randomly... if you recreate your config.ini using rf config, mod will load faster and FPS will increase. http://f1classic.your-talk.com/t15010p30-srm-1990-ver20 _________________ Alfaholic. 1999 German F3 1989 Italian Superturismo

| Think we need to defiantly do some opens next year with this and will try these tires as I think the normal ones look quite poor. 1991 mods look better IMO.
Also regarding the missing cars, Has them in the team info e.g Minardi M189/M190 but not in the game(Can't remember exactly where it was written) , So maybe included later on, or do you think just there for text purposes? _________________
