ARGH! Tried both Carl's and Steve's solution. Nothing changed. Same error, can not load Pueblo1 texture 1555

Those errors mean missing textures m8,will see where i can find that texture

All right, thanks. It's not named exactly like that, but there's a Pueblo1 and texture and 1555 in the error. It's there in my screen dump on the previous page.

Pueblo1 is in Lamanzanamaps.mas in Locations/hillclimb/LaManzana,So yours must be corrupted in the download,i can upload my mas file and see if that works

and put the pueblo1.dds file in your locations/hillclimb/LaManzana

That must help because I haven't seen that file at all... Odd when I downloaded it from 3 separate locations... Will try in a little bit, thanks mate.

Oh for fu... No. Still same error message. How many files are there supposed to be in the LaManzana folder? I've got 11 now with this one Steve gave me. The Hillclimb folder is now 134MB

11 with the one i gave you the pueblo1 file you would not have seen,because it is packed in the LaManzanamap.mas file,mine is 121mb yours should be 131.6mb with file i sent you,which you had error on

What detail are you running track ingame settings high/medium/low detail ?

should look like this kimmo,plus pueblo1 file i sent you.

Here is the whole LaManzanamaps.mas file kimmo,delete the pueblo1 file i gave you,and replace your LaManzanamaps.mas with this one,hope that works

Something happened. I think it is in conflict with my video card, because when I tried to move the open windows, they left a trail of ghost windows after them. You know how I mean? That was alt-tabbing out from where rFactor stops loading the track and I hear that bastard "windows-error-blip-sound"

I really appriciate the help from all of you involved, but I can't ask you to go out of your way, more than you already have, to sort me out. I'll just have to skip this particular event, and do the next.

No pueblo1 error though m8,so just have to find that 1555 material,and that is not the track,so must be mod or another rfactor file missing



edit try running rFactor in dx9 and see if you get that error m8

I don't know if I can help you, but try in dx8, because there are problems when you "alt+tab" in rfactor with dx9.

OMG Ive just had the perfect climb up the hill
well for me anyway ... 1:47:100 .....

25 climbs up the hill and not even a sniff of
a 1:47 and then this one came from no where ...
