J'avais testé ce track sur NR2003 (un français qui l'avait fait d'ailleurs), un vrai tourniquet je me rappelle, c'était assez horrible avec les grosses nascar.

Les circuits NR2003 sont souvent assez loin de la réalité
Brno est loin d'être un tourniquet, c'est long, large avec du relief et de belles courbes

please only kind and nice words for my hometown track , where I occasionally even work as a part-timer...
By the way it's quite busy this year: already FIA GT1, World Series by Renault, in few weeks SBK, WTCC and MotoGP, not mentioning national Championships.... (DTM and A1GP couple years ago too)

So I hope I'll be present for this one.

Yep that's a great track, natural, fast and flowing, and also a great place for spectators, you're lucky to have all those big series coming here (SBK )

I don't know if I'm going to participate in this race. The Sierra is heavily handicapped in this mod. 2.5 sec. slower and overcooked tyres just after one lap is too much. At this pace during the race I'll be at the back with cooked tyres just after 3 or 4 laps (hard ones). I really don't know how Klaus Ludwig won the championship with this car

As for myself, I've sort of come to realize my good pace in the previous race must've been pure luck as the best I've achieved at Brno so far is a high 2:14... I'm gonna sign up for the race for now anyway, I'll let you know if I can't make it afterall.

Brno is a long track, you just gain time everytime you go on track, and when you know the track well, its very hard to get the perfect lap.
Last year I made 2'10"0 in qualifying but I had practiced a LOT. I dont think I'll get near this time this year, especially with extra weight.

My main problem is the tyres life.....

We'll see what can be done. A little more testing on the run...

The Sierra is badest car of this championnship. Everyone using it last year was complaining of it. And I understand why. It's slow, big, don't brake and overheat his tyres more than often. Something is definitively wrong about this one.

But it shouldn't be this bad. In real life the car was quite competitive. It was the king of Touring cars in the 80's

not first time a mod will have a bad modelized car
