| Well thats the weirdest thing my wheel has not worked all week .... I Was almost going to bin it i thought i would give the gamepad a go and that was a complete waste of time plugged the Momo back in and for some reason it decides to fire up ....God its temperamental... Had no practice and no setup Thx Frank for very nice setup .... My wheel was not setup properly as i had to reinstall it and did not have time to tweak the ffb and god knows how i managed to finish the race ...... Had a nice race with Ben, Bernard ,Gianluca and most unusally with Vincent who for some reason was racing with me at the back thx Vincent good race and all the other guys at the back that was a nice race .....Really happy to grab a few points .... Well Done Gui for the win and all finishers | |

| Sure Carl, it has been really fun. When I came back, I forgot to load the setup so I was with the default setup and 50 liters ... And after all, it was a good thing | |

| Standings are updated on the site . Only 3 races left and it's a beautifully open championship now that Martin has decided to be a loser ! Sasha coming back strong, Gui is too far back for the title and even more Tiago. And what about the battle for 3rd place hehe... down to the wire Carlo ! | |

2nd win in a row, I definitely prefer tracks with fast turns with this car, Monaco or Norisring were just hell for me. After my usual crappy start, I was 3rd after turn one, then 2nd behind Tiago after Martin made a mistake a the first chicane. I thought I could catch Tiago easily considering the gap in qualifying, but he was way faster in race. Luckily, he made a mistake at the first chicane, went in the grass allowing me to take the lead. Then I tried my best to keep Sasha behind me, he also was quicker in race trim (or maybe it's just me who was slower ? Hmm no, impossible ). Things got hot in the Stadium once, but after some mistakes from his part, the gap increased to 5s, enough for me to cruise home. Glad to win this one, a mistake-free race

| After my great start... again (If starts gave victories...) I was pleased to be on the lead and more pleased to be leading afer 5 laps. until 1st chicane, jumped the kerb, went to the grass and everything came back to normal. Was 3rd but I was able to put some pressure on Sasha, but I was making to many damn mistakes tonight, So i would have to be happy with 3rd. Grats to Gui for the error free race | |

| I'm quite unhappy following this all things considered.
Qualifying was tough as for the final 15 minutes or so I kept getting stuck in traffic, being up on my times each attempt. I don't think I had anything for pole but I certainly could have beat my time and perhaps started second.
Going into the race I made a really stupid tweak to my set, and it slowed me down a lot and I had to fight understeer the whoole race. I had a good start, but nothing compared to Tiago's who got to the lead. I saw Martin go off and instantly thought I had another shot to gain something on him on the points, but with the car not completely the way I wanted it I was already quite further disappointed with my dumb decision. Tiago went off and it was a fight between Gui and myself and I certainly could have had something for him, even with my pushy car. Of course as always I would catch traffic wherever it would slow me down, I never have any luck with traffic when I need it (like catching them on straights!). For some dumb reason my braking went to crap going into the second chicane while Gui was lapping someone and I lost the race right there. Afterwards my car was not very fun to drive with worn tyres and I embarrassingly spun on the final lap even to end a overall frustrating race. Second still helps in the points a great deal and the title race is now very much alive but I'm not one to be too kind when I'm the reason I could have done better.
Well done to Gui, back to back wins. I could have had something for him and perhaps tried to get a trio of wins on the trot following my solid runs in the prototypes but I guess not.
Austria next, hopefully victory can swing my way.

Dommage. | |
