No idea sir. When you say checking steam files do you mean you are having Steam verify all files? I hope that works.

Maybe save the jsn file as a backup and delete your current file. Game may remake it. Make sure you back up the file.

my Json folders are empty, file verification stops at 98%

No idea here. Delete it all including the files in the steam folder and reinstall.

Delete the player.json file - completly delete it.
Rest can remain untouched.
No need to reinstall.

Game should launch after that.

All your options will have to be reset afterwards (video res, audio etc.)

So, I uninstall steam by unsubscribing before the workshop. There, I reinstall and I realize that there is still content of the Workschop ... galley, in any case it's dead for the race tonight.

If not, you can try that :

Start the steam client.
Before you start the game, rename the folder
..\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData
into for example UserData_backup or any other name.
then go to the folder
..\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Launcher
rightclick on the file "Launch rFactor" or "Launch rFactor.exe"
in the menu, select "run as administrator"

thank you Ben and Vadim, but now I'm reinstalling everything, Steam and Rf2, but I undressed all the Workshop articles, it downloads 55 articles. I think there were better solutions, deleting the Json file did not work but I think there was another problem.
