After reviewing the Kyalami race replay, the admins have made the following decisions:

Troy Barman receives a warning for overtaking several cars before crossing the start finish line. The rule is stated in both the race info thread and drivers were again reminded just before the start in the driver briefing.

A repeat incident of this kind in any series/event will draw further disciplinary action from the league admins.
