So I installed all the patches from all races but I can't see the smoke out of my car when my engine overheats?
I mean, I don't know if I should be complaining about that but what's up with that?

We removed it. It was unrealistic and it was annoying to drivers.

Okay I'm not sure what the hell is going on but now I've got the same problem with my BMW M1 mod install as I had previously with the GTPC install.
The game suddenly crashes when I want to join the track, both online and offline. BMW Procar is the only mod enabled. I have absolutely NO clue why that's happening. The trace file doesn't give me any clue about anything either.

Are you running some sort of overclocking? I had that problem in the past with a too much overclocked CPU.
