Pippa being bumped is not a big surprise. But Hinchcliffe? Wow. Just wow... But something tells me that either Harvey or rather Howard will be sidelined.

Did anybody watch yesterday? I think it was a very good race. Not as action packed like those previous years with Chevy/Honda kits, but it was a very decent race. These cars are obviously much more difficult to drive. What really surprised me were driver errors by veterans Bourdais, Castroneves and Kanaan. TK was very strong until he got that slow puncture. What didn't surprise me at all was Danica's crash. Boy, that onboard from her around lap 30 was horrible. She had so much steering input, so many corrections, she was chasing the car all over the track. In the end, she admitted that it was a lift-off oversteer that sent her into the wall. Anyway, i'm glad she's gone forever... Power deserved the victory, he really matured as oval driver. But the Man of the Race is Rossi. Those were some insane passes around the outside. Amazing stuff. I know only two other divers who can do such things - Kanaan and Thomas Scheckter.
And now, well, there are only 364 days until Indy 500 2019

I watched partially, was busy with other stuff meanwhile and not always at the PC. Rossi is funny, he started as road racer and that was his main goal, yet he shines at ovals, the harder the better. I guess you do not always have your talent in the things you want, but he is for sure a great asset for the series.
