I'll have to stay out for this one lads, since work will be manic tomorrow, and I will have to stay late. My volvo is free. To whoever might drive it, make sure to get some points for the constructors championship if you can:cheers:

Having some massive problems with my car rolling over again.
Tested yesterday evening for 2 hours with any possible suspension/damper settings available. Peter tried to help me, beut "he has never seen like this before, must be a bug"
Biggest problem is that very low curb on the fast righthander ( church)
It seems that any car can driver over it without any problems, my car gets stuck (sometimes engine explodes right when i hit the curb) and its always game over. It is not like that i hit the curb very hard, sometimes my tire is only 1 inch on the curb and car jumps up right away.
Perhaps we can find a solution for the next races, or the next season we use this mod.

That didn't go as planned. Rolled on lap 1 of the first race. I can't say if I got any "help" in that but the car was stuck on its side so game over. In race 2 the understeering Mondeo decided it fancied oversteer and headed for the wall. Got the damage repaired, locked up on the first turn, hit the wall and killed the engine.
Belgium: 0 points.

Fantastic first race, and the second one was turning into yet another cracker, but a run in with Titz who came back from outside of the track suddenly was enough to roll me and that was that

Well that was another event to forget... two very stupid DNFs
R1: Spun into the last chicane, went across, collected a drive-through penalty, dived into the pits to serve it but my pit box was blocked by two retired cars. DNF.
R2: Managed to survive the impromptu space programs of the opening laps (so many cars flying, so many orphaned wings ) only to get some air on my own after a foolish mistake. Car rolled a couple of times, damage indicator only showed a missing rear wing (no other body damage) and as I was getting ready to carry on the engine kinda sorta caught fire. It didn't perform very well after that. DNF.

Great fight with you in the first race. A lot of different cars on one level
Second race was a short one. Car understeered in church so i hit Ray (i think) and lost some speed. Then i got a massive hit in the back an car went totally crazy - thanks for that.
It's only a game, so doesn't matter for me.
See you in the next one

I'm very happy and honoured to be HSO BTCC 1996 champion
1st race: Made a slow start and saw Jan and Richard C. overtake me. No troubles to get past both of them and after a few close laps I managed to run away from them.
2nd race: I made a very good start and only Jan in his four wheel drive Audi came past me. Managed to get pass him quite easily in the fast right corners and after that I managed to create a 10 second gap. Shame Richard Coxon run into trouble in race two otherwise it would have been another great fight.
Last but not least I want to thank Gregoire Goissen for helping me out with his great setup during this season
Thanks HSO admins for organizing this race and good job again Jonathan in willing to spend your free time for the broadcast.
See you all next race...and sadly the last race already....so much great fighting this season...already going to miss it
I hope you enjoy and thanks to everyone who was able to show up, there were some good racing along the 2 races
Cheers
