| I've probably just re-discovered America. I increased in-game FOV to 74 degrees (single 27 inch monitor), so that i can see the wheels, increased the "look ahead" value to 100 and it suddenly feels a hundred times better. It's much easier to hit apexes rather than walls Sry if this is a common knowledge and i'm just wasting public space | |

Yep, but i used the realistic one. The thing is that i always want to fit my steering wheel into the virtual cockpit as much as possible. Which obviously decreases FOV with just a single 27 screen. Regarding FOV in the game, it doesn't seem to be the same as just moving the seat, as it creates a fish eye effect and makes it look somehow acceptable even on a small monitor. It will look awesome once i buy a 55 inch TV, but that won't happen anytime soon. Anyway, all i wanted to say that it really helps to see the wheels here in Monaco, which is highly probably what everybody knows already

Well, for me, it provides a better overview, but Im kinda loosing feel for the car, it is like everything happening too far from me and I react too late.. cant explain it tbh.. I think Im arround 50 FOV now, which is allready at the limit of my perception of car behaviour.

| Argh, with the way the Modena-Lambo handles right now, I'd rather sit in the Lola A slight application of the throttle leads to understeer and it threatens me with veering to either side under braking, which is especially a problem at a track like this one. | |

@Brian or @David J: Can you guys give me tips on how to make this car drivable? When I tried to apply my set(or what Francois suggested to do), it tried to kill me with understeering with just tuny applies of throttle or outright dart left or right under braking I Know! Mission Modena Impossible lol I dont know where to begin. I've tried so many combos. I'm still at work, so cant recall too many deets. I am very soft, slightly more Rr wing than frt. minimal toe, lots of roll, camber under 2, lot of caster, nearly default on diff. Most of all, a lot of laps trying to get used to its psychopathic track behavior! Its pretty tough to tell that car who's in charge, it just wont listen!!! haha

| I'm suffering as I never had on a track. This version, with all the ARMCO, the rythm is just a killer for my ASD. Everything is going way too fast for my brain to handle all the informations correctly. As it is I'm scare as in hell all along. Add to a work exhaustion and you got an awful qualification session. I was enable to add up all the three sectors. The car has definitevely a 1.22 in it. But I'm not able to grab it and by a long shot Thanks for the set Dave by the way. I had to adapt it a lot to suit me (mostly wings in fact). A good rider could surely do a 1.20 with it...But i'm not | |
