| thanks everyone for the kind words.
after some pressure on the opening laps, and very close call with a car on 3 wheels that almost sent me home on lap 3, most of the race was focusing to keep the car on the track. a LOT of practice and preparation really helped and i managed to bring it home without any major offs.
thanks to mick for helping me get my aero sorted, you were running right on my tail and looking good, gutted something happened to you so early.
as for the car switch, i think it was the right thing to do. we shouldn't strive to get into a better car, we should try to be better drivers and hso has helped me with that. thank you to everyone here, organizers, admins, drivers, everyone makes it what it is, lets all try to make hso the best community possible.
looking forward to the next race, and some time in the TS bar afterwards! great idea, can't wait!

According to Japanese friends, My name = Snakemeat. Which I prefer over little John

- I have an idea for that, why don't we just rename the Default Channel to "The Bar" so that during a race, those who are watching as spectator or on YouTube can watch it in the "Bar" and after the race, we all meet there and have a nice chat?
Yes very good idea One channel for the bar, another for the broadcast booth. Drivers who crashed or could not qualify can hang around in the bar and we from the broadcast booth can go and invite them for interviews, or have the beer with you. EDIT: What we need now is a good name for the bar. Proposals admitted. But please no red light neon pole bar references, keep civil

| Still hurting not getting more far than turn 2, but have to blame only myself for the issues yesterday. Sorry for chatting. As i participate in last years 1978 season i thought that there will be a restart like it was many times before. Well i dont have to decide that and should stop chatting and watching my racing line. I will keep in mind that there will be no restarts on normal circumstances. See you all on track again Thanks to David Jaques for stepping one group down This will be very interesting for the next races. The speed of the Leyton House is terrific and it is getting better since founding a good setup for my driving. | |
