I want to confirm upgrade 1. Minardi. Track round 1 or "upgrade" round 7. Is this what was meant to be required?

The first upgrade box should be highlighted.
Jason you are first reserve so make sure you are ready to jump in if someone doesn't show. Same for you Brian since you're second reserve

BTW: What exactly do I need to do so that my Pit crew does not drain my tank when I pit?

I think you should go to your PLR file and change this line:
Relative Fuel Strategy="1" // Show how much fuel to ADD, rather than how much TOTAL fuel to fill the tank up to
I am not sure though if changing from 0 to 1 will do the trick though.

Then can last the race but it depends on how you drive.
It also depends on how the car feels on worn tires, there is no definate answer whether you should stop. If you can manage on worn tires and keep a good pace, stay out to keep track position, but if you are losing a lot of time on worn tires, you may want to pit and use the fresher rubber to your advantage.

David is correct, changing that line in your plr file will solve your issues.

It seems my health condition is improving . I should be able to race tonight. Sorry for the reserve pilots but my spot won't be available. I've also found why my car was so slow. I've just have to much wings both front and rear I was loosing at least 10 KPH and nearly half a second a lap with that mistake. Won't have changed a great deal for qualifications though.

Well, i thought i could make the pre qualys, but i couldn't do it pretty much because of the timezone. Anyway, i'll probably not getting into the grid, so good race for who'll make it.

Well If you believe you are going to struggle to make future qualifying sessions, you should really release the car so someone who can make it can attempt to make the grid.
You can always try and pick up a one off later in the year if you know you can make it.

I think it wouldn't have been available anyway since taking over a qualified car isn't possible?
I'll probably stay with high wings myself, my car won't get much better by gaining 0.5 in one sector.
Oh btw: I watched the replay of the second second qualification session.
Sorry Jonatan, but I never used your setup. I have a... secret plan At least this time.

Important announcement regarding the start:
There will be NO FORMATION LAP
Once the clock runs out on the grid, watch for the lights and the standing start.
This will be the procedure for the rest of the series.

WIth no formation lap the first corner will be on cold brakes no? Let's hope every one will use extra caution then or we can have a massacre there

So we dropped both Reco aswell as Formation lap.
IMO, Ludovic is right. Why not at a lap to warm brakes and tyres?
Are we still short on fuel?
EDIT: Grid song usage and naming all 26 cars would work better if there was a formation lap.
Well, let's hope people won't get caught out.

No, we are short on talent
Less chances for stupid incidents, people that arrive to the start with damaged cars, people who stall, etc.
Go racing when green and be careful first turns with cold brakes. Races are never won on the first turn, but they are many times lost there

Paolo Rosseti, turning up at the last minute, obviously not had much practice, tries taking the fastest section like he is on qualifying tires and then wipes two cars out. Turns out you had lost your front wing too, driving like that without a wing, even better...
Not the best start to a HSO career.
Really really annoyed, had great race pace, but wasn't to be. People really need to calm down at the beginning of races. It is just amateur stuff i saw tonight, some of the moves on the first lap were just ridiculous.

Hours of testing, a good start, 7th after lap 1, and I spin at the hairpin and out of the race. Usual F1 race for me then.
