dsl Ridall, j'ai été surpris de ton ralentissement soudain et t'ai touché.
pour une reprise, déçu dommage j'aimais bien ce track.
j'ai pourtant essayé de réparer mais reparti avec la direction faussé, pas envie de gêner, préfère abandonner...

Dégouté et frustré. Nouvel abandon. En suivant Dana j'ai perdu brutalement l'avant sans que je pige pourquoi (après revu du replay il semble que j'ai du freiner un peu pour éviter de taper Dana...sanction immédiate, l'avant a perdu l'adherence). Le pneu en beton m'a arraché les deux roues avant. Et dire que les points étaient facilement au bout. Marre de chez marre de ma poisse en ce moment.
Qualifs pourries (à une seconde de mon PB). Dès que je faisais un temps correct je tombais sur un pilote lent ou, déjà, sur Dana qui me bouchonnait un peu (mais elle faisait sa qualif donc rien à dire...juste pas de chance). Ceci dit j'aurais pu gagner une ou deux places...bref pas grand chose.

Le début de course fut super avec une enorme bagarre avec Joel, Raul et Dana . Ce fut comme à Donnybrooke mais avec une pointe d'intensité supplémentaire. Raul va lacher prise et Joel passe rapidement par les stands. J'ai cru que Dana allait s'échapper. Mais non. J'ai reussi à recoller. La suite promettait d'ailleurs un sacré moment car Dana avait l'avantage dans la ligne droite et à l'accéleration tandis que j'étais supérieur sur les phases de freins et dans le sinueux.
Hélas j'ai totalement perdu l'habitude de cette intensité en course. Du coup petite faute grand effet. Pas simple à gérer

I was not very quick, but I was in a quiet good flow. I enjoyed. And I broke the front to exit turn before straightline, overpower. Game over.

Yay, third!   Finally a worhwhile result in this championship.

I really love Road Atlanta, must've done thousands of laps there in iRacing's laser-scanned track, though this version is not very accurate. Maybe turn 2 and the chicane is okay. But I still got in a nice flow, and surprised myself with 2nd on the grid. Jose was too fast for me in the race, but I got to the end with no real mistakes and with nice, consistent laps. Good stuff.!

Gregoire is in amazing form right now, will be hard to beat both here and in F1. Congrats again!
