**HSO Rulings | Long Beach**

After reviewing the replay of the Long Beach race, the admins have made the following decisions:

François Remmen will serve a one-month suspension for deliberately crashing into Jan Titz.

This suspension applies to all series run at HSO, not just F1 1978.  It will expire on the 30th of March 2016 (included).

An intentional hit of any kind is something we will not accept in this league.  Along with this suspension comes a final warning: driving in the same manner again will result in being banned indefinitely from racing at HSO.

Additionally, we are issuing a warning to Jan Titz regarding his driving.  Blocking and ignoring blue flags during a race are not acceptable behaviors in this league. Continuing to race in this manner will draw disciplinary action from the league.

Finally, we are issuing a warning to Roman Koranda for driving on three wheels for a full lap. When a wheel gets knocked off in this mod, your race is over, and creeping around to get back to the pits could easily ruin someone else's race. Repeating this maneuver in a future race will draw disciplinary action from the league.
