Historic GT & TC mod

We will use the the 1.95 version of the Historic GT&TC mod by the HistoriX mod team.

Car Selection

The field is divided in two displacement classes (GTO and GTU) featuring 14 different models of cars :

GTO (+2,500cc) : Porsche 911 Carrera RSR (7 cars), Chevrolet Corvette SR (5 cars), Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 (4 cars), Ford Mustang (2 cars), BMW 3.5 CSL (2 cars), Ford Capri RS 3100 (2 cars), De Tomaso Pantera GTS (2 cars), AMC Javelin (1 car).

GTU (2,500cc) : Porsche 911 ST (8 cars), VW-Porsche 914/6 (4 cars), ALFA-Romeo 2000 GTAm (5 cars), Ford Escort RS (3 cars), BMW 2002 Tii (4 cars), Alpine-Renault A310 V6 (1 car).


Event Schedule

Sunday December 1st

20:00 – Qualifying
20:50 – Warm-up and drivers’ briefing
21:00 – Race start (80 laps)

Training Server

A training server will be online 24/7, pass : hso73.

Rollings Start

The race will feature a rolling start.
Once everybody is on the grid and green lights have been shown, drivers will start a formation lap at low speed. Do not overtake, stay packed, no more than 2 or 3 car lengths between each car.
After the last turn, cars will keep rolling at reduced speed in the starting grid formation, so remember your side of the grid.
When the leading car will be in sight of the start/finish line, an admin will give the real start of the race by typing "GREEN FLAG" in the chat.

Overtake before crossing the start/finish line is not allowed.
Zigzaging to warm up your tires is not allowed.

Before the green flag, drivers should maintain a staggered formation, and not stay along side each others.







Behaviour on track

A few behaviour rules :

- as for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you.

- Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only.

- Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race.

- Shortcuts : If a driver gains a position after shortcutting a turn, he is required to give it back as soon as possible. In the case where a driver would not do it rapidly, a 30-second penalty will be added to his total race time. In the event of abusive and intentional shortcutting, severe sanctions will be applied (up to definitive a ban from the league). To make sure you never shortcut a turn, try to always keep two wheels on the track.

Application and Interpretation of the Regulations

The admins alone are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations.

Yes big challenge for some cars with the elevation-change track.
Capri is not easy too with that. The Porsches seem more comfortable with that and with the kerbs.

P.S : We included the Alpine to replace the datsun Z, missing in HGT.
