Special rules for this race

- Before booking a car, all drivers from the team must be registered on the forum. A driver can not book a car alone, he needs at least one teammate.
- Each car must be driven by at least two and at most three drivers.
- A driver can drive on more than one car, provided all the cars he drives are part of the same team (ex : Joest, Brun, TWR Jaguar ...)
- A driver can not drive more than 150 laps on the same car.

Any entry breaking one of the rules stated above will be disqualified from the overall results.

Race Start

Race will feature a rolling start.
Once everybody is on the grid and green lights have been shown, drivers will start a formation lap at low speed. Do not overtake, stay packed, no more than 2 or 3 car lengths between each car.
After the last chicane, cars will keep rolling at reduced speed in the starting grid formation, so remember your side of the grid.
When the leading car will be in sight of the start/finish line, an admin will give the real start of the race by typing "GREEN FLAG" in the chat.
It is not allowed to overtake before crossing the start/finish line.

Notes

- as for every HSO race, drivers are asked to use their real names only, whether in qualifying or in the race itself - nicknames are not allowed. Your driver profile must use upper letters for the first letters only (ex : Guillaume Siebert).
- chatting is strictly forbidden during the race. It is tolerated in qualifying for technical issues only.
- please refer to this thread to learn everything about the driver swapping procedure in rFactor.

Règles spéciales pour cette course

- Avant de réserver une voiture, tous les pilotes de l'équipage doivent être inscrits sur le forum. Un pilote ne peut réserver une voiture seul, il doit avoir au moins un coéquipier.
- Chaque voiture devra être pilotée par au minimum 2 pilotes et au maximum 3.
- Un pilote peut piloter sur plusieurs voitures, si celles ci appartiennent à la même équipe (ex: Joest, Brun, TWR Jaguar...)
- Un pilote ne devra pas piloter plus de 150 tours sur la même voiture.

Un équipage ne respectant pas ces règles sera disqualifié des résultats finaux.

Départ de la course

La course démarra par un départ lancé.
Une fois les voitures sur la grille, lorsque les feux vert s'allumeront, les pilotes s'élanceront pour une tour de formation à vitesse réduite. Restez groupés, pas plus de 2 ou 3 longueurs de voiture entre chaque voiture.
A la sortie de la dernière chicane, les pilotes se remettront en formation (mêmes positions que sur la grille de départ), et un admin donnera le départ en tapant les mots "GREEN FLAG" dans le chat.
Il est interdit de dépasser avant la ligne de départ !

Notes

- Comme pour chaque course HSO, les pilotes doivent utiliser leurs vrai noms. Les pseudos ne sont pas autorisés. Votre nom de pilote ne doit comporter des majuscules qu'aux premières lettres (ex : Guillaume Siebert).
- Le chat est strictement interdit en course. Il est toléré en qualifications pour problèmes techniques seulement.
- Référez vous à ce topic pour apprendre tout ce qu'il faut concernant les changement de pilote dans rFactor.

Are all plugins causing issues(disconnections) with rF? Like xD, DynHUD, G.I.D., etc. I'll probably make a new install for it...

Yes they are. No need to make a new install, you just have to remove all the .dll for each plugin you've add in the plugin folder

If I remember correctly, it came with the rFDynHUD plugin But you can leave it, it's not in the plugin folder and will not be used if the rFDynHUD is off

No as I said you have to remove the .dll of each plugin you've add which are in the plugin folder

D'oh yes true. Only got the DynHUD and the G27 Led plugins there btw. Not sure if I use the Heinz Prüller lap announcer plugin in that install aswell...

Although I still have to test why xD doesn't work... there's only one file I have to drop into the root folder but happening afterwards.

I have to apologize, I just found out I launched the wrong layout on the server, the version we are using has a chicane after the hairpin. Server in running on the right version now.

Can you reset the hot laps server too?

Yes as soon as someone clocks a laptime on the new layout.
