| Ben and me were yesterday on the server and we saw the pace car doing really weird things. Jumping around, sinking on the floor, etc. It even hit Ben's car while he was parked in his box.
My first impression is that the slot for the pace car in the pits might be incorrectly placed and the SC can't get to it, but it could of course be anything else. I will check later the track with another mod and see what happens with the SC.

Same thing here, even if i'm alone on the track.

| OK I just made a quick test with the CARTFACTOR mod and there is clearly a problem with the track. Setting more than 24 cars caused havoc in the pits, and the pace car didn't even appear. Starting a quick race with rolling start, I appear with the last 4 cars some 300 metres above the track, like a bird and the field starts slowly with pace car nowhere to be seen. | |

| I'm pretty sure you're not using the HSO version of the track. | |

| In F5000 (euro72), we have used another track, maybe it's it the better ?

| I don't doubt for a second that the version JP created is correct, however it may happen that the server has another one enabled I will double check in a moment offline. | |

| I didn't notice any crazy pace car when I made a few laps in BTCC or Caterham I just reinstalled the track from scratch on the server and restarted it. | |

| Just been on the server for a bit of practice, was hoping to get a couple of hours practice in but my 3 month old son disagreed with that plan but managed to get about 30 laps in using the default setup, by the end i was consistently doing 1:21's. how far off the pace is this? i am still losing a lot of time braking for the final chicane! I was trying to avoid the kerbs completely, does everyone else do this or sling it over the kerbs? has anyone got any setup tips for the RS500? regards Stephen | |
