Fourth video in this series starts with a Patrick Tambay onboard reel; one of the few onboard shots I've seen from an M26.

It's interesting that the camera was even on the McLaren, most of the other cars ran with French ELF fuel, this and the Brabham are the exceptions. Puzzling

What happens when a driver pisses off everyone by his reckless driving, crashing intentionally others, and even sending one in hospital, and then nothing is done by the powers that be ? The outcome is ugly. Or funny. I'll go with funny.
For Danica fans out there, she managed once again to crash whilst she tried to retaliate

Arnoux didn't get a Christmas card from Berger in 1988.

Well, to be a bit fair with Arnoux, Berger aknowledged he was overly optimistic and that his Ferrari wasn't braking as well as it should by that stage of the race. Still Hunt couldn't pass this chance to further "praise" Arnoux

That was Berger's fault anyway. Hunt's one to talk, after all, he'd been nicknamed "The Shunt"
I wouldn't have let the door open either, Berger was too far back for a normal lapping attempt.

Angela Savage (Daughter of the late Swede) talking with John Martin (In our 1973 USAC Mod) They speak about the cars, Salts crash. John also echo's what the late Gary Bettenhausen said about the engines going from 100-200bhp to about 800-1000 when the boost kicks in
