| I don't use any plugin during the race but I know that in my previous test with this configuration I was nearly at 1% brake wear/lap | |

| Cool, thanks,
i dont use plug-ins as well (didnt know there is a plugin that shows brake wear).
my brake failure (or the remaining discs were 1.49cm and 1.47cm, so i think brake failure starts at 1.50cm with a high probability. taht would mean (if ur disc as well fails at 1.5cm) with your thickness you would have used 80% of 1.1cm in 80 laps, which is 0.88cm so 0.1mm per lap.
or is there an indicator?
damn with brake duct 1 it used much more even on the opening lap where the disc is much colder. so i guess ... yes ... rF calculates it not only on heat alone, which would be more realistic.

| ok, do you remember when somebody said: its offline much slower? like 4seconds? same for me: the car accelerates much slower! the braking is much longer (no luck up though, so it is not only the grip). what was set different in the server so that i try to re establish the same situation? now its a difference of 4secs i cannot validate if my brakes will last next time, nor can i try martins setup. no brake point. nnothing. i have no clue about rF, but a higher air density would incrase acceleration (more horsepower) and increase braking (more drag) and increase grip (more downforce at same speed). or the gravitational factor changed? what is different in the server settings, please tell me so i can re-try with the race setup thx | |

| At this time we don't know why there is such a difference But I must admit that we didn't investigate very hard The only thing I can tell is that we didn't change anything on the server compared to the other mods | |

| i just found out that switching invulnerability off and auto clutch off made me faster. also PLR file "auto lift" "auto blip" off might give some top speed (horsepower?) and grip still i had power oversteer which i didnt have, the grip was definately slower. the track folder has: .tdf with: [TRACKVARS] RoadDryGrip=1.00 RoadWetGrip=0.80 RoadmetalGrip=0.80 RoadDustGrip=0.90 RoadBumpAmp=0.010 RoadBumpLen=13.0 RumbleDryGrip=0.95 RumbleWetGrip=0.60 RumbleBumpAmp=0.015 RumbleBumpLen=8.0 MiscBumpAmp=0.08 MiscBumpLen=4.0 maybe there? cheeers (maybe just letting the server going on with 91 adelaide could let me drive there with martins (yours) tyrell set (but wouldnt find the solution) | |

| Nothing to do with the .tdf, otherwise we all get mismatches on the server Server is up. | |

| the recent laps i drove:
The car was IN MY OPINION more losse. why? maybe it had less grip like offline. i cnat properly recall it in the race, because it was the very first time i drove with c tires at all and then 200 ltiers more fuel.
in the race i sometimes couldnt go flat out of the corners but this time it was more often. somehow i think its different now online than in the race.
in addition when i edit auto blip and clutch out in the PLR file and deactivate auto clutch and invulnerability the car becomes faster offline.
with these settings (all 4) the car was offline as fast (or maybe close?) as online.
so it was faster offline but somehow slower online on the new server.
is there a variable that changes erver settings? rather not. but look yourself it has a bit less grip. | |
