I'll start by apologizing to anyone I may have blocked tonight My mirrors were wonky, cars seemed to be a fair distance away when they, in fact, were right at my rear bumper

After a brilliant start (surely one of the best ever by anyone!) I fought against a group of people for a bit, then went wide and got spun around by Franck. I didn't realize you were right behind me Then I went off again and finally for the third time. Having lost my concentration by then, I quit.

Un beau hors piste en prenant un tour à Alberto. 100% ma faute , j'ai serré les fesses en espérant ne pas fracasser ma BM

np, Ben. J'avais oublié un petit détail : de toute façon, elle marchait pas. Même avant le choc... Impossible de régler cette foutue charrette

A chaotic race for me

Having trained almost nothing started by qualifying with the wrong setup as I jumped to the seat in a moment after bringing the childs to bed In the grid I was well behind and never had the pace of my usual rivals Philippe and Elia. Started well in the crowded and compressed grid and held to the midfield, but as soon as they stopped fighting and started going faster I was left behind. To make things worser, some laps into the race I noticed that I was sitting too close to the pedals and my left ankle started hurting if I braked too hard in all corners I was unsure what to do at first, as I was way off the pace, but saw that Simon was alone and coming from behind with a steady pace and decided to wait and race him. It turned to be a great decission, as we started an epic battle that lasted till the end of the race, in pure "chassis vs. engine" style We were interrupted several times by lapping cars and moved away, then we waited for the other and restarted the fight. Laps went by with good fun, and in the last one, in classic HSO gentleman fashion, we both braked to let the other come in first.

Bravo Simon, you did a hell of a job controlling that crazy Holden and always giving room, even in the hairiest parts of the circuit Looking forward to race you again
