| NO Greg, I have the same trouble.. you see a lot of right handers that take a lot of gs on that tire I guess, plus its Australia, it should be hot on the track I guess. So Im trying to do a setup that avoids the problem, but I'm not succeding | |

| Strange issue.. Have you slved it yet? I hope you did guys. Looking forward to the next race. Its been very hard to do a setup that I feel confortable with. Or if I do feel confortable, Im 1 sec. slower. Strange car this commodore thing Also finding hard to do the last corner properly. So crazy car, crazy track | |

| Try an assymetric setup, as in oval racing ... you want basically to reject the load transfer to the left, so make the left of the car stiffer in bump (springs, damper bump), and the right softer. With rebound, do exactly the opposite, soft rebound on the left so it unloads quickly, and stiff on the right so less weight jumps from there to the left. Also adjust the left wheel camber using temperatures as reference, so you can distribute heat uniformly over the whole tire, that way you also make the whole surface share the wear. You will also want the rear softer than the front, try adjusting the stifness in a manner that wedges the car and load is transferred to the rear right tire. You will achieve this by making the spring values of front right and rear left close to each other (So they build a diagonal axis around which weight will pivot) and then front left stiff and rear right softer, so the weight pivots always to rear right. Give that rear right the stiffest rebound, and the front left the softest. Start from there and tune the car as needed, I'm sorry not being able to provide a setup but I still haven't solved the issues with the track | |

| I found the reason of the track loading freeze: It was not a freee, but the fact that the track takes AGES to load, dunno why So I will be tonight at the race, albeit with almost zero training | |

| Hey Alberto, Yesterday I was trying to tune the car in the way you explained, and very little results in terms of tire temps, I mean the thing is that we still have at least one hard left corner. And the car feels unstable there. I mean the car feels kind of ok, but Im slower with those tweeks!! I'm feeling slow on this track | |

| You need to find a balance, but note that I gave you guidelines for a RACE setup. Of course you might be faster with another one, and that is great for the 5 qualifying laps, but the question is: Will it later allow the tire to survive the full race with the load of fuel and close fight? | |

| I believe that the top temp for the tires are 90-100°C, for almost all mods. But maybe I'm wrong. Edit : In your install, you have a TCL pdf file. At the end of this document, there are some informations about temp. 90°C for Tires 99°C for Oil 300 to 500 °C for optimal braketemp | |
