| Hello Brett from F1Classic (http://f1classic.your-talk.com/) invites us to some kind of interleague race, their F1Classic's drivers against ours, using their Canam 71 mods. Race date would be Friday January 20th, 10.00PM (GMT+1). Track will most probably be Elkhart Lake. Here's the mod in 2 parts : part 1 : http://www.mediafire.com/?3ic99d6186yhy9g part 2 : http://www.mediafire.com/?t63f92oic2acvfs There's no point scoring system planned, unless we really want to. Who's interested ? There's no limit for the number of drivers this time. | |

| I have downloaded correctly both parts but can't open the file. Do I need to rename something in the file extension? | |

| When a .7z archive is split in .001, .002 etc usually at least one of them can be opened and it then recognizes the others. But with this oen it seems as if something is missing | |

| Now I managed to get it working by switching the pacecar to the default rFactor one ... but will need to solve that if I want to go online. Anyway, the mod looks quite good despite the aleged beta status. The models are good except some minor misalignment here and there. I haven't tested them yet on the track, but I suppose the McLaren should be the quickest? Any recommendation of a good car for rookies? (The 3 gears chaparral is a no-no for me ) | |

| It works offline the models look much better than an earlier version of this mod i tried ... I have missing textures but i dont get any ctd which is unusual .... I think this mod really has possiblities _________________ What we do Monday to Friday Keeps us up with the Competition ... What we do Saturday and Sunday Keeps us ahead ... | |

| If only the author had concentrate on a single season instead of a number of different ones, HSO could make the skins of a specific season so we could have a championship here, like they did with the F5000 mod. but i guess there is many models missing for that to be possible. | |

| Yes indeed Diego and it is often the case with rF mods unfortunately , with HGTTC the best example of this sad trend. _________________ Thou shalt not train.

| I found the cars quite easy to drive, and looked under the hood a bit. There seem to be provisional physics, currently using something of the 1st version of HGT as base. The result as of now is quite decent for a beta. | |
