Sorry Steve, that's a stupid mistake. I'm afraid I 've ruined your race. | |

| Do I have to cross the finish line to score points? I am sitting in the pits waiting for the bastards to give me a new left front wheel... Threw P2 away, I am 4th now and no one else is running. | |

| Panne cerveau vers Mirabeau --> out. | |

| That was really tough, but in the end i did it again Got an usual bad start from the pole , Greg and Kimmo overtook me, i managed to get past Kimmo on lap 2 at Mirabeau Then i took about 5 laps to catch Greg who was 4 secs ahead, i was clearly faster but i was taking no risks, i was just waiting for a mistake in the first half of the race. Unfortunately on lap 14 i exited from the tunnel so close to him, he braked a little bit, i couldn't avoid him and i jumped onto the barriers, luckily no tyres came off, but i had no front wing and substantial susp damage, the car was understeering like hell I found the rhythm again quite rapidly , i was 5s behind at that time, i managed to close the gap again in about 10 laps, i was on his tail again Some laps later he was sideways at Casino, i realized it was my chance, i went through, but he tried again on the inside at Mirabeau, but i was already committed into the corner, we touched and boom bent steering Obviously he went past and at that point the car was nearly undriveable, he was pulling away very slightly, until i managed to find some 1.28 laps from nowhere and i closed a 3s gap once again, i was right on his rear wing when he discoed The rest of the race was a real struggle with the car, however i had a huge margin over Kimmo and 1.31-1.32 lap were enough to keep him behind, when he retired i had 2 lap adv over Roman and i had just to nurse the car to the checkered Toutes mes excuses Marc(hope it's right as my french is pretty basic) for damaging your rear susp and for ruining your race A2 time now, see you at Dijon!!

Sorry mate I went to bed and didnt see you message. To answer your question, you have to cover 90% of the total distance to score points. And anyway, mechanics do not repair lost wheels in this mod.

| Jesus only 3 finished, what a carnage Interesting that most people did no pit stops, was that also like that in 1979, fuel enough from beginning to end? | |

| Yes, iirc the first pitstops used for strategic purpose in F1 were introduced by Brabham in 1982 or 1983. | |

How do you have time to look at all that crap on the screen? Btw, you didn't overtake me on lap 2, I moved over and let you by because I didn't want to hold you up. Well done for the last man standing trophy. Can you please send me the hax that keeps the wheels on the car when you land on top of a barrier? I sem to lose mine as soon as I brush a wall.
