Round 10 : Camel Continental VIII - Watkins Glen 500km SERIES CANCELED

This saturday i'll be out all day long, so don't count me in for this one...

Have sent Antoine a message, but thought I'd post here as well.

Due to a set of unfortunate occurrences, Like the Recent passing away of My Mother, Organising the Funeral etc and having to Pack up and Move as well, (which is Happening the Morning of the 17th!), and having already packed up My wheel and Pedals etc, I too will Not be able to attend this round,..Such a Shame !

I Do hope the Series keeps going, as I will soon have a Better internet connection, which hopefully, shoul;d alleviate the recent problems I was having actually racing with you guys.

So,..My Apologies and Thanks for what had so far been a Whole heap of Fun.

Hopefully, see you all 'On Track' again soon.

Ouais , faut voir les choses en face, on était que trois,ça fait maintenant trois ou quatre courses que c'est comme cela.

Si un jour quelqu'un veut relancer un championnat de GTP dans une autre ligue ou en créant une ligue et cherche des participants, je suis partant .

Ceci dit, je passerai encore les samedi voir s'il y a une course, mais bon j'y crois plus.............

Mes chers administrateurs, sur cette planète connaissez vous d'autres championnat de GTP???

Eh non, il me semble bien que le notre est le dernier...

J'en avait dénombré deux autres, au Brésil et aux Etats-Unis, mais les horaires sont vraiment impossibles pour nous autres européens...

J'ai lutté autant que j'ai pu pour maintenir ce championnat en vie, ce qui n'est vraiment pas facile actuellement, car je le suis à distance vu que je n'ai pas internet à la maison (je suis au boulot là, pas très pratique...), la fin du championnat est donc annulée et tous les résultats déclarés nuls. Un grand bravo néanmoins à toi Bruno pour avoir été le seul à être présent à chaque épreuve !! Et merci à tous d'avoir soutenu ce championnat aussi longtemps que possible

Having Now moved and about to get a Much better internet connection than previously, I Was looking forward to a few more GTP races.

Perhaps Next Year ??

Otherwise I guess I might have to try and Join in on some of the rFactor racing,... all very good ofcourse, But I Still Really Like racing GTP !!,..

Please!, Do let me know of Any Future GTP plans,..Perhaps the Odd 'Special Race' ??
Maybe even entice the 'Yanks' back ?

Yes its very sad indeed, Antoine tried the best he could but ...
I've never been a huge fan of GTP but still really enjoyed some cars/tracks combination. My problem was, I needed to much training to get grip with the car, and I found races too long for a series with so many races.

I think there aren't enough drivers driving on GTP to plan a new series next year, but i'd really like to see some non championship events on some great tracks like Daytona, Elkhart or the Glen. I'm sure this kind of event could still attract some people, who couldnt commit to a yearly series.

as I sad before, when I fond something fun it ends.

Series was fun,

I Liked all tracks and all drivers. Realy fair.

One small negative point to admins, because of some untested tracks, all else exelent.

At end(last 2 or 3 races) i didnt like time of race. was to early ,would be better later.
and 2h race is to long. 1 h max. better Tyre,fuel x2,x3 1 h race.

I dont like timings of fsb races so i wont go there.

now i started to drive gpl hot laps. not looking to drive any ligue in any sim.

if u guys start again i will like to drive but time of race must after 21 or 22 CET.
