Yeah it's a great mod, it's a shame so few people join us. I dont know what to do with this series for 2010

Im guessing im afraid it will be up for the chop
and something else put in its place

We havent decide yet.
Maybe the Saturday night is a problem for many drivers and another day of the week would attract more of them.

Le mod M1 est à mon sens parmi les plus réussis, il faut absolument le conserver en 2010, et mérite vraiment d'être valorisé !
Que cela soit une course d'un tour départ arrêté ou une endurance de 72 heures, je serai présent !

I Was wondering about Thursday nights ....
Would it be possible for us to have a seperate section on the forum for the Procar mod
When an M1 race finishes not many people post as the race report just gets lost in this one long thread ...

The other thing is people have signed up for cars to use in this series
but have not raced for ages so the available cars could do with being updated ....

I came to HSO as it was the only European league to race the M1
and i have enjoyed joining and racing many other mods on here
but i still have a love for the M1 as this was the mod which i helped to
create so it would be a shame for us to loose it ......

I think you should keep the series, just move it to another day or something like that. In the begining of the season i decided to give up because it's hard for me to get here at weekends. So far my soulmate has somewhat being comprehensive but she's starting to loose patiente. For me if all the races were during the week, it would be perfect but that's just me

but i dropped the F1 in favour of the M1

Yes I hope we can keep the Procar championship next year... It's 100% accurate, well done, and a thrill to drive. I agree the series needs a bit more promotion, its dedicated forum etc. Linking it with the F1 qualifying was a great idea as far as accuracy is concerned, but some (I'm one ) maybe found it hard to switch from the BMW to the F1 for a long qualifying session. We'll try and think of another format for 2010 .

I agree this series needs its own section next year
It wasnt the case this year because I wanted lots of F1 79 drivers to race in this series as in reality, but it didnt work so we have to change something.

Just had a stab at Austria in the Bmw M1
what a blast managed a 1:43:356 not far of my F1 pace in the BT48

A noter que la voiture d'Antoine fumait atrocement en ligne droite otant toute visibilité. Je le suivais et j'avais paumé une bonne partie de mes points de repere. Sans dommage certes mais c'est ultra genant tout de même

Did the race go ahead without me

Well as we were only 4 at the start and a bit late on the schedule, we did only 50% of the race distance.

Next race at Monza will be the last of the championship, and probably the last of the year unless people suddenly shows some interest for this series.
