How to create an RFactor video

Can some one point me in the right direction how do you edit an rfactor video
if you just want to save a small bit of the rfactor replay .....

Can i just do this in Rfactor or do i need some other software .....

Better to use Fraps. If you use Rfactor itself it will take ages to do a relatively small video

I Tried fraps but as soon as i hit frame capture hotkey the fps sinks to 3 fps .......

All i want to do is extract 1 lap of footage out of the rfactor replay .......

Hmmm I believe your computer isn't up to it I suppose. Do you want the first lap of your car in the 2nd race?

I Just tried it with the volume turned up and now im laughing my head off LOL !!!!
