Before making the modification remember to save your "player" folder

to copy / paste it at the end of the text file there is a symbol

you must stop copying / pasting the first symbol of the player because this avoids having an error message when launching rFactor 2 even if it still works.

What does the mod do Daniel?

The mod gives a more immersive sound, resonance in the cockpit, noises of gravel in the wheel arches etc ... etc ... but before doing the manipulation think to save your player file to be able to go back if it does not not suitable.
