Practice for team Merzario was a full succes so far.
I bolted together all "cockpit" parts after years, downloaded everything and joined the HSO server.

The Engine fired up, I stayed in the pits and immediately pressed exit twice and ended this succesful day with a BIG SIGH

Anyone have some general wet setup advice? I can set up the car pretty well in the dry but I am lost when it comes to how to tune a car to a wet condition.

Like in karting, raise it as high as it goes and put on wets... and go kill yourself virtually!
PS. I have never driven the 1979 mod in the rain.

I clicked the transmission up one main gear and added a small amount of fro nt and rear wing and was fine. Perhaps lower power and coast. Your right foot is your main enemy. Also, sacrifice a small furry rodent to the elevation change turns as those become evil mother-in-laws.

I'm using the rear wing on 4. The car's height is 5.4 in the front and 7.4 in the rear. Very soft springs and torsion bars, 10 torsion at the front and 5 at the back.power 38% coast 62.
It is working as a middle ground between dry and wet. Dry 1:34 wet 1:48

The biggest difficulty I'm having is knowing when to change the tires, because initially in the rain, the slick soft has a good grip, I have kept the soft until it forms the spray.

Will be there in my tea pot.
