Hi Timo!
as you can see Im a little bit aged, I played, more or less, with all simulator written for PC.
Starting with Sport Car GT (ISI), and going trough the beloved GPL.
Now Im only on RF2, the most of the time with GTE GT3 s397 packs.
A little bit boring... too fast, too much grip... lol!

Hi Gio and welcome :hello:

Sounds like you're going to feel at home at HSO. A lot of us have a similar simracing background to yours, with notably a lot of GPLers about :papy: !

Yeh, to hell with those modern cars :D. Give me narrow tyres and too much power for the chassis to handle instead Twisted Evil.

Welcome Gio! “Piece of cake” means “really easy” in US slang. I know you did not mean that lol!

For example, today’s 57 Endurance race is a funeral waiting to happen at the historical spa track of death. My Ferrari’s rear wheels like to pass the front wheels at bad times.

Good job indeed :top: . This series marks our fourth edition of 1979 F1 (after three on rF1 in 2009-10-11), and Buenos Aires was the 46th points paying race with these cars. First time someone grabs point with an Ensign Cool :top:

Thank you for the grats, racing is racing also with a flat iron like the Ensign.
Im proud to do the best also for Derek Daly, a good driver which didn't get the luck he deserved.

Grazie Filippo!!

About the Ensign...
Opened the MOTEC and discovered the car has a lot of drag and not so much downforce, she is very inefficient.
The Ligier JS11 (one of the best aero in the first part of that season) has a Lift to Drag ratio of 2.49, The MN179 show a 1.62.
At the Curvon de salotto (the double fast) The Ligier is quicker by 35 kmh.lol!
a desperate case... but i dont surrender.
Be aware :banane:
