| Is there a league edition of the F1 1979 mod? The only one I see on the Steam Workshop is the historic version (so all cars are at differing performance levels) | |

I don't think there is any, but if you like to race league edition mods, then check the Stock car resurrection 71-72 that will be run here this year. All cars are the same.

| FYI - if you look on multiplayer you will see the HSO endurance series server online at Spa. I had never seen the old spa. That is one looooong track! If you have not tried the mod, start with a 3.0 or smaller. 5.0 are rocket torque machines with no mercy. | |

| Yes shame shame. The master kink is an unholy beast. Also, anytime you drop the clutch hard under acceleration you get a free built in master kink. | |

He mentioned those unholy two letters! Well I no longer have responsibilities here Otherwise you bet there would be no ***censored acronym*** mods used here in 2020 That's unfortunately the downside of using rF2, you are limited to whatever is available. But, give these guys a chance, I'm sure they will do great once they have some more experience

| Well the Stock Car mod does come as a spec one indeed, but it doesn't mean we're gonna race it as it is ... But yes we knew when we picked rF2 that the downside is the content, although it's nowhere near as bad as one might have suspected, really. And hopefully with time we'll be able to, if only modestly, contribute and motivate to the creation of new mods or the bettering of existing ones.

| Otherwise, we finally managed to fix the networking problem that made our rF2 servers invisible to users ! We're still tuning and testing some stuff, so servers are still up only intermitently for now, but this afternoon you should all be able to access them. There will be one each for the 1954 Endurance, 1979 F1, 1972 Stock Car and 1967 F1 ( ), without password for now. All championship topics will be posted over the weekend. Race on to 2020 !!! | |

Great to hear you plan to mod in rF2 and improve the existing stuff If I can make a suggestion RE the Stock cars (You know I have a soft spot for anything that turns only left ) the most urgent issue is actually to put under them a proper tire model, as it is right now using the one from the stock rF2 TransAm car, which is 200 kgs lighter and doesn't run on banked tracks The tire carcass behavior, heating and distortion is thus woefully inaccurate Looking forward to the changes you are going to implement for your season, will test the mod with interest

I have been able to see and join only the endurance server. Were the others launched?
