| Should be there, gotta see if I can handle/tame the FWD and I had wrong settings or if I am just not good enough driving the Renault.
I am not very Menu-like anyway...

| I'd like to take the free Audi but I'm aware of my pending penalty, meaning I would have to start from the back of the grid. Am I correct about that? | |

| Well what did I even expect from this race.
Qualified last because penalty. (Duh) My races were eventful to say the least.
Race 1:
Had heavy contact with Jan Kowalski while on our way towards the last sector, he suddenly clipped my front left and went off. Don't know who's at fault but from what I saw he might have accidentally pushed into my car and then just flown off. Idk. Then I had contact with David Sabre again, under braking for the first chicane. My car had pretty bad damage so it turned to the right when I hit the brakes and it hit Sabre. Still my fault in the end and I'm sorry for the hit. However, I assume things are good since we had cleared that out in the race break.
Race 2: Didn't last long. Had a stupid move towards T3 put me on the grass and I hit Mick. Terrible move on my end and I'm glad it didn't take him out of the race. Then while chasing Juha, we got to Simon Wattmann and apparently 3-wide into a chicane doesn't work, and I had to experience that. Meh, no big deal for me. Then I caught up with Juha again just to not-even-hit one of the anti-cuts which killed my engine and put me out of the race.
Oh well. Another one-off wasted. But at least I served my penalty from Donington.

| Quite eventful races from my side, with a rollercoaster of emotions and laps!... Managed to gain about 10 laps in the first few turns due to others' scrambles, but then had a few slips of my own and ended up backwards after the second chicane; well done to practically almost everybody managing to avoid a crash The second race was cleaner and climbed a few places in what was otherwise a lonely race for me out the back. I am hitting the steep learning curve of how to drive these cars, mostly when it comes to not locking up the brakes... it is something hard to get used to, as the slight lockup (despite all the front brake bias, open brake duct and lowest brake pressure) causes flatspots much deeper than my wallet, and the car become almost undriveable, to the point that I had to turn off the FFB mid race and continue to drive feeling like "there is no car". I don't understand. I see cars everywhere locking up and throwing up loads of tyre smoke, are you all also suffering the same? Or do you have the FFB turned down to almost zero? Or is there something else that I don't know about? Or do I really drive that badly? Congratulations to the winners in each class! Rob Swindells, after that power of dream of a pole, I look forward to your next race highlights video! | |

| Two very exciting races. Race 1: I think I wasted my qualifying, only 4th on the grid because I kep making mistakes at the last corner. Made a reasonable start and me, David JU and David JA were stuck behind Rob who was a bit slow (sorry Rob ) After a few laps David JA. crashed into the chicane wall and some later Rob went flying off while clipping the curb at the fast left hander before the hairpin. So it was me vs Jundt after that. Managed to pass Jundt if I remember correctly but he caught me back. In the 15th lap I tried to slingshot passed him but went a bit wide and went into the gravel. Had to find my reverse so lost quite some time and finished 4th. Stupid mistake Race 2: Managed to do a near perfect lap and stole the pole from Richard W. Made a slow start, lost the lead and suddenly Grant (you made a rocket start m8!) was there passing me for 2nd. Sadly I lost 3 seconds behind Grant before I could pass him. After that it took me 10 laps to close the gap to Richard W to about 0,8 secs but all the while David Jundt was trailing me and I started to struggle a bit and the gap to Richard W widened to more then 2 seconds. Came home 2nd eventually, not a bad result at all. Richard and his Honda were very fast here, especially the 2nd race. | |
