We've lost one of the world's most talented film composers, Michel Legrand. You know him as the man behind the Le Mans soundtrack. He composed music for many other films, including The Thomas Crown Affair, Never Say Never Again, Ice Station Zebra, The Hunter, and Bolero. Here is my favorite cue of his from Le Mans: The idyllic one in the hours leading up to the finish, showing the crowds.
